Sowmya's Mangolicious Salad
This is something I came up with at the spur of the moment! I had mangos and I wanted to make it more fun and exciting so I added my favorite vegetable, zucchini. My two favorite foods in one! With a little bit of crunch, almonds, this turned out to be an amazing salad! Do try it, as it is great for the summer! No need to turn the stove on and generate unnecessary heat! This salad is cool, light and easy. You can add other nuts and veggies as well and make it your own! Have fun with it! :)

Nutty Mango and Zucchini Salad
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
1 zucchini peeled and slices into thin circles
1 fresh mango peeled and cubed
Chopped almonds (you can add other nuts as well)
Grocery Shopping Tips:
- You really can use anything you have in your fridge to make this salad! If you have apples, pears, peaches or any fruit that is in season, you can use it! Same goes with your favorite veggies!
- You can add any nut you want, including walnuts, pecans and cashews!
1) In a bowl, add the mangos, zucchini and sprinkle the crushed almonds over. it
2) Enjoy it with a nice cold glass of iced tea.
